This 65m² detached vacation home for up to four people has two bedrooms and ample parking in the opposite parking lot. The nature cottage is beautifully situated against the edge of the Leuvenum forest and is very attractively furnished. The cottage is rented including linen.  

The cottage has two floors. On the first floor is an indoor shed with washer and dryer, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a spacious living room with kitchen. That living room adjoins a terrace facing the sunny south. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a spacious refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, dishes, cutlery, and a dining table for 5. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a second toilet. Both rooms have double beds.

  • In case of cancellation more than three months before the commencement date, 15% of the agreed price. In case of cancellation within three to two months before the commencement date, 50% of the agreed price. In case of cancellation within two to one months before the commencement date, 75% of the agreed price. In case of cancellation within one month before the commencement date, 90% of the agreed price. In case of cancellation on the day of the commencement date, 100% of the agreed price.

  • Pets are allowed at an additional cost of EUR 15 per night.
